New Dave Eggers!

He has a great interview at Salon where he discusses his new book, Zeitoun. I'm looking forward to reading this straight non-fiction work, since I'm sometimes turned off by his fiction. What is the What is fantastic, but his earlier stuff I'm not that into. It's just a little too self-involved.
But he's writing about Katrina! (I know the exclamation point is inappropriate, but I'm really looking forward to this.)

And, of course, McSweeney's lists will always have my heart.
